Your tasks:
– You will be responsible for the active support, development and technical advice of our international distribution partners and customers within your country area
– Another focus is on the strategic development of the export business
– You will also be responsible for acquiring new customers within this country area (distribution partners and strategic direct customers)
– You will develop joint business plans with our distribution partners and coordinate with them in regular review meetings
– You will prepare market and competition analyses to determine the potential in the assigned countries as well as monthly sales and project evaluations
– You will also be on site at international trade fairs organized by us or our sales partners
– You will take on basic management tasks within your area of responsibility, such as coordinating tasks and conducting staff appraisals
– You will report directly to the International Sales Manager
Your profile:
– You have completed technical training or an engineering degree
– You also have sound professional experience in international sales of technically sophisticated products/systems (e.g. as a key account manager*, sales engineer* or area sales manager*) and have an affinity for technical software solutions (cloud, IOT, digitalization)
– You have experience in strategic market development
– You are strong in contacts and sales
– Ideally, you have (initial) experience in managing employees
– Your English is business fluent – ideally you are proficient in other foreign languages
– You are also willing to travel (approx. 40 – 50%)
